    • Our items are custom made and carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure every product looks sharp and meets our high-quality standards.
    • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. 
    • Please be very careful when giving us your personalization information so that it is correct prior to submitting your order.  
    • We will begin working on your order within 8 hours of receiving it.
    • If you realize you need to change the spelling of a name or the order of your monogram initials, please do so within 8 hours of your order placement. Make sure you reference the order date, and correct name on the order and email used so we can make the correction for you.
    • After 8 hours, any changes made to an order will result in additional fees. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are willing to rework items as necessary. However, we will need to charge you and receive payment for any time, materials, and other expenses already incurred prior to the change in order.
    • We make mistakes too and want you to be happy with your product; if an error is made on our part, we are more than happy to correct the problem as soon as possible. Please contact us at fromflattosharp@gmail.com with the order reference number and your name. Also, include a phone number where we can reach you if you prefer to discuss the problem over the phone. We will call you at our next earliest convenience. 
    • If your item arrives damaged, please send us a message within 48 hours so we can discuss further options. Please do not discard the item or the packaging until we have discussed options.
    • We are not responsible for damage to decals applied by the buyer.  Application instructions are on our website. There are also some great YouTube videos for instruction if you need further assistance.  Here are a few of our favorites!
